Ferrymail

Privacy Policy

This is a starting-point privacy policy, not legal advice — have it reviewed before relying on it for a real launch, especially once real users' contacts and Gmail credentials are involved.

What Ferrymail stores

Your account email, the sender addresses and encrypted App Passwords you connect, the contacts and campaign content you create, and a record of who each sender has already emailed (used for the don't-email-twice cooldown). Files you upload (like a resume) are stored so they can be attached to outgoing mail.

What Ferrymail does not do

Ferrymail does not sell or share your contacts, campaign content, or App Passwords with any third party. App Passwords are encrypted at rest and used only to send mail on your behalf, through your own Gmail account.

Recipient data

Email addresses and names you upload as contacts are used only to send the mail you create and to power de-duplication (not emailing the same address twice) and click/resume-view tracking on links you send.

Your control

You can delete a sender, contact list, or campaign at any time from within the app. Deleting your account removes your stored data.
