Acceptable use

Ferrymail sends mail through your own connected email account, on your behalf. You are responsible for the content you send and for complying with applicable anti-spam law (e.g. CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/PECR) in the places you send to, including honoring any unsubscribe requests you receive.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and connected App Passwords secure, and for the accuracy of the contact data you upload.

No warranty

Ferrymail is provided as-is, without guarantees around deliverability, inbox placement, or uptime.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
